Treetan.com provides and organizes an integrated online booking system and facilities that can serve bookings for Umrah travel packages, halal tour packages, and domestic tour packages, allowing you to search for the desired travel package information, as well as make bookings and payments online and securely through various available payment systems and facilities.

The travel packages are provided, supplied, and organized by third parties ("Partners") who have collaborated and made agreements with us. You understand and acknowledge that any booking you make through Treetan.com constitutes a legal and binding contract between you and our Partners. In this case, Treetan.com acts as an agent or intermediary to facilitate the transaction between you and our Partners.

You are not allowed to resell our travel packages, use, copy, monitor, display, download, or provide travel package content or information, software, or any services available on our website for any commercial activities or purposes without our prior written consent.

You are also required to ensure that the data and information you provide to us, whether in connection with booking/purchasing or registration on Treetan.com, are accurate, current, and complete.

Not all prices on the listed travel packages include taxes, charges, fees, and other costs.

Treetan.com reserves the right to change the price of a travel package based on information from Partners at any time without prior notice if the travel package has not been booked. However, booked travel packages that have received a confirmation letter will not be subject to changes.

You must carefully follow the payment instructions we provide. Any payment errors you make, such as: (i) incorrectly entering our account number or Virtual Account number provided for each of your orders; and/or (ii) making an incorrect payment amount for your booking, resulting in your funds being ransferred to an incorrect account or Virtual Account or your bank account being debited in an amount that does not match the payment instructions we provided, thereby resulting in your order not being confirmed, you hereby acknowledge and agree that we have no obligation to refund your money as a result of the error or negligence you made by not following the payment instructions we provided, thus making the loss entirely your risk and responsibility. Furthermore, the payment error as mentioned above cannot be considered as a valid payment for your order, so you must make the payment according to the payment instructions we provided to receive confirmation of the order you made.

For every order that we can confirm, we will send you a Confirmation Letter via the email you previously registered, which contains a description of the travel package and the booking you made, as well as payment confirmation.

You are responsible for keeping the information contained in the confirmation letter we sent.

All travel package bookings on Treetan.com cannot be changed, canceled, refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another person/party unless there is a cancellation or rescheduling by the Partner for the booked travel package.

2. 

If you wish to make changes or cancel your order, please refer to the Confirmation Letter and follow the instructions therein. Please note that you may be charged additional fees for cancellations according to the cancellation policy and terms.

3. 

We cannot deliver the travel package or provide services to you, nor are we responsible or liable for any losses you may incur due to factors beyond our control or our Partners. We cannot control situations such as war, riots, terrorism, industrial disputes, government actions, natural disasters, fires or floods, extreme weather, and so on.

When you place an order or access your account information, you will use Treetan Protect access which will encrypt the information you send through this website.
